Are Treasure Valley residents getting too much fluoride in their drinking water? Probably not.

A recent report that the federal government is lowering its recommended level of fluoride in drinking water is causing Treasure Valley residents to wonder about their water supply. The bottom line is that Meridian, Boise, Garden City and Eagle are below the recommended level. Nampa and Caldwell are both right at 0.7 milligrams per liter, the new recommendation.
