Open Question: Coleman Northstar dual fuel?

I just got this new Northstar lantern. I was wondering as I installed the mantel its not straight. The wire is in the grooves mounted ok. When its running it has a fast flicker. Is the flicker normal? Also when you turn it off, it gose out almost immediately and try to relight itself and that gose on for about 30 seconds or so. It's out in less than a minute. Is that too fast? It's new got it as a warranty replacement from my other Northstar due to faulty fuel valve. Just wondering about this that's all. Thank you.
